The Bulletin Board Chair is responsible for updating the large bulletin board in the front entryway of school, as well as the small one next to it. Content for the board can be found on the District 39 calendar (www.wilmette39.org). You may also include any other info relevant to Harper students (lunch menu, box top collections, etc...). Other committees may borrow the small board to promote their events.
This job can take as much or little time as you want, depending on how creative you want to be. At the minimum it will take about 1-2 hours to to acquire content and update the board each time it is done. You can update multiple months at a time -- as much as will fit on the large board.
There is an existing supply of borders and other items to decorate the board. There is also a small budget available to purchase extra paper and supplies.
