PTO Budget and Income Statement For the period ended 11/04/2011

It is important to note that this statement is prepared on a cash basis and only reflects income and expenses that have been received/incurred and reported to me. Any deposits and expenses reported to me after this date are not reflected in this statement.

Please note that certain budget line items were combined and/or consolidated during spring's budget meeting. As an example, the line item for After School Programs now also includes Chess, Chorus and Garden Club.
For Teacher's Special Projects, teachers receive $10.00 per student. New teachers or teachers who have switched grades receive an extra $100.00 on top of the $10.00 per student. For the 2011 - 2012 school year, an additional $50 per classroom has been added to each teacher's budget for "Room Parent" funds. This was done in lieu of asking the room parents to collect funds from the parents during open house.
The "specials" (i.e. music, art, language) receive a flat $200.00 total to be shared by how ever many teachers there are. If you have any questions, please contact either Dr. Kick or the PTO Treasurer for further information.
